The Ripley US02 MAX is a high-precision shaving tool designed to safely remove bonded semi-con from medium and high voltage power cables with diameters from 2.17″ to 3.15″ (55 mm to 80 mm). Engineered for optimal performance and ease of use, the US02 MAX maintains a smooth insulation surface and applies a clean 12° chamfer, eliminating the need for further finishing.

Built with multiple stainless steel contact bearings, the tool provides unmatched stability throughout the shaving process, whether applied mid-span or at the cable end.
