Rock Exotica's Material Handling Block features red side plates to easily differentiate it from other Rock Exotica Omni Blocks which aren't designed for overhead lifting. The MHP58 is the largest block in the Omni family and features a large 114mm (4.5") sheave and a 2,720kgs (6,000 lbf) WLL. The MHP58 is targeted to the utility user, where ASME B30 compliance for material handling is a must. The integrated swivel allows the block to rotate while reducing gain during lifting and rigging applications. The rope can be installed and removed with one hand, all while remaining connected to the anchor.
